• Act as a Business Partner to EMEA Sales Leadership • Manage advanced reporting and analytics project requests • Independently identify analysis opportunities • Understand the data environment and best data to use • Build connections beyond own team • Analyze Klaviyo data and produce sales reports • Recommend actions based on market analysis • Analyze historical data for sales insights • Identify opportunities to drive efficient sales processes • Educate and enforce Salesforce best practices • Improve Salesforce.com data quality and address reporting issues • Identify systems and process learning opportunities • Manage operational projects to assist sales team • Plan and forecast sales revenue
• 3+ years of Sales Operations experience, including funnel analysis in B2B SaaS • Advanced skills in Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL • Proven experience with complex data and business recommendations • Excellent verbal and written communication • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to create efficiencies • Ability to operate effectively in a high-paced environment • Proficient with Google Suite
