Description
• Looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team in Bristol • Provide ongoing IT support to the D&PD business • Contribute to group projects • Occasional travel to SteriPack locations may be required • Help keep the team up and running • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential
Requirements
• Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft 365 apps, and cloud services • Experience supporting on-premises hardware, servers, and services • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs • Experienced in collaborating with external service providers • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in IT projects and systems • Experienced in deploying, configuring, and testing new software, hardware, and IT infrastructure • Skilled in creating user guides and technical documentation • Expertise in data migration with minimal disruption to business operations • Proven ability to provide training on common IT issues and security best practices • Solid understanding of data protection regulations
