• Provides a safe and secure environment for visitors and employees • Enforces Department of Health regulations • Watches for and timely reports potential safety hazards • Investigates complaints or potential criminal conduct • Assists in restraining threats as necessary • Operates surveillance CCTV and related equipment • Enforces Client and Company policies and procedures • Conducts routine foot patrols in and around building • Maintains strict confidentiality with respect to surveillance activities • Notifies VP of Global Security/SOC of mechanical malfunctions
• High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail. • Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills • Bilingual in Spanish preferred • Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone and in person • Occasionally requires local travel, as needed
