• Manage the businesses social media platforms, including the creative vision, content production schedule and tone of voice. • Ideate creative campaigns in the form of partnerships, product launches or calendar moments. • Manage both food and lifestyle shoots. • Be a brand representative across the wellness community at events (occasional weekends), workouts and through partners. • Support the creative team and their output, fostering progression and growth. • Implement current and innovative brand campaigns that drive brand equity, build engagement and frequency across all paid and owned channels both ATL & BTL. • Support with content planning and production, ensuring it’s in line with the look, feel and tone of the brand and targets our key consumer. • Support the wider marketing team efforts in new client acquisition and CAC targets. • Develop and manage the marketing activation calendar, working closely with nutrition, product and comms teams to deliver launches and always on content and promotions. • Be on top of the latest global trends in the health, fitness and premium lifestyle industry, particularly across digital platforms. • Deliver launches with go-to-market plans, working cross-functionally with product development, nutrition, sales, and the wider marketing team from conception to launch. • Work closely with the Head of Business Development to support our affiliate channel growth and sales team efforts. • Define the relationship of communication between the brand and the consumer. Develop a deep understanding of our customers, product and brand. • Work closely with the comms team to develop copy across all platforms as well as support with PR and influencer strategies.
• Deep understanding of premium London customers. • Ideally, a minimum of + year of experience in a brand marketing role with success on social media. • Passionate about social media, Instagram, TikTok, etc. • The ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a ‘can-do’ approach. • Display a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and experience across social media channels, email marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships and ambassadors. • A self-starter who can take initiative and put forward innovative ideas. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written as well an ability to influence at all levels. • Highly organised and flexible and hands-on approach. • (A bonus) Experience in premium DTC subscription brands, with a proven track record of unlocking growth.
