Description
• Develop and enhance our customer evaluation platform. • Build and maintain a robust feature store for model inputs. • Design and optimise data pipelines for efficient data processing. • Own key parts of our systems. • Improve systems architecture in collaboration with data scientists to ensure model outputs are consistent. • Define and communicate your own technical agenda to champion technology and deliver long term goals. • Build stakeholder relationships to understand and influence the business domain. • Develop strong relationships with data scientists on the team for efficient deployments and seamless experience for stakeholders.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Python, with a strong background in back-end engineering. • A keen interest in maintaining and optimising current systems. • Commercial awareness and a product mindset. • An ability to understand complex data systems. • Interest in data engineering. • Experience with Django, PostgreSQL, and designing, building, and managing relational databases. • Experience building large systems in complex business domains. • Experience with data analytics and machine learning processes. • A strong numerical or technical background, ideally with a degree in maths, physics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
