Description

• The role will support the team in the financial management of Kinesso UK. • The Finance Apprentice shall contribute towards the everyday financial administration of Kinesso UK. • General ledger coding of invoices and reviewing POs in SAP for all office costs incurred. • Assisting with the month end close process by creating and posting journals, accruals and prepayments. • Supporting the business in new vendor set up. • Supporting the iGaming team in payment processing. • Running and analysing timesheet detail upon request. • Timecode maintenance in SAP. • Completing the detailed P&L analysis. • Completing schedules in Hyperion at Month End. • Reviewing personal and company credit card expenses. • Assisting in responding to frequent queries from senior management, controllers, non-finance employees and auditors.

Requirements

• Interested in pursuing studies on finance qualifications • Confident communication skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks • Beginner level Excel skills • Ability to work well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines • Desire to work in Finance within a Media Agency • Ability to be flexible • Team Player
