• Lead CRM marketing strategies for a growing fintech company. • Manage and optimise CRM for sales and customer engagement. • Ensure data quality and compliance with regulations. • Provide user training and support for maximum CRM effectiveness. • Develop reports and analytics for CRM performance insights. • Build automated workflows to streamline operations. • Collaborate with teams to align CRM efforts with business goals. • Maintain relationships with vendors like HubSpot.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in CRM marketing, with hands-on experience using HubSpot (HubSpot certification preferred). • Proficiency in CRM customisation, configuration, and automation. • Proven experience managing CRM systems in a mid-sized or scaling business, preferably in financial services, fintech, or related industries. • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and how to optimise CRM tools to support them. • Experience with data management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality of CRM data. • Ability to create reports and dashboards using HubSpot, and familiarity with other data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus. • Experience in creating and managing automated workflows to improve efficiency in marketing and sales campaigns. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams and departments.
