Description
• Full immersion on INSTANDA platform • Conduct interviews and workshops with clients and stakeholders • Capture, define, and document functional and non-functional business requirements • Partner with service delivery and engineering teams to support design and sign off new functionalities • Support UAT process • Hands-on troubleshooting • Occasional travel to client sites in London and other parts of the UK and overseas
Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the Insurance sector • Experience of the end-to-end software delivery cycle • Extensive experience of working with development teams and external clients • Strong stakeholder management skills • Experience of Agile methodologies • Experience of process and systems analysis and translating requirements into User Stories • Confidence in presenting to clients, partner organizations and within INSTANDA • Experience of SaaS or platform technology solutions (desirable)
