Description

• ITG transforms marketing through technology. • The Canopy Create role is part of the ITG Creative Services Studio team, providing design adaptation, artwork, pre-press production services and consultancy. • You will be a key part of the team producing dynamic templates for clients that sit within and outside of our marketing platform ‘Canopy’.

Requirements

• Produce templates according to brief and production specification at all times. • Be a Team Player. Maintain a solid working relationship with your team manager, production manager and cd’s to achieve desired results • Be able to write documents to a good standard • Work under pressure to deadlines • Show a basic working knowledge of code logic and structure • Display good problem solving skills • An interest in automation and technology • Be a quick learner and able to self learn • Understand related graphical software (Adobe products) • Make all requested changes/corrections promptly and correctly. • First and foremost, you should be customer-centric. Our people go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, every time • You won’t be micro managed here, the ability to manage your own time and deliver quality with speed is essential • You will be expected to account for all your time through our online MIS • You have an understanding of Pre press/Media/Graphics • You have an exceptional eye for detail and meticulously high quality standards • You are able to communicate at all levels and build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues • You are resilient and able to remain calm under pressure • You are able to collaborate with an established team to nurture and develop new knowledge and skills.
