• Responsible for mentoring and managing the Data Engineers and shaping how we deliver the data models for our business. • Working in a cross functional agile team to build the ETL pipelines you will be using your technical expertise to deliver the models alongside the other engineers. • Work closely with the Data Analysts and other data consumers to identify roadmap deliverables. • Responsible for the enforcement of data quality standards for the accuracy and completeness of our data.
• Are already a credible leader and have proven success in leading and managing a team of technical colleagues. • Have extensive experience with BigQuery and Dataform and are comfortable leading the design and implementation of our ETL processes. • Are passionate about the accuracy and completeness of data and the data assurance practises needed to achieve this. • Are able to define the requirements for a data strategy for protecting PII along with their execution. • Have oodles of experience in Data Engineering, i.e., possess strong SQL skills and are a proven expert at data modelling. • Enjoy working in an agile environment with an attitude of continuous improvement. You are comfortable getting involved in the usual practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews. • Possess any knowledge of using a general-purpose programming languages, e.g. Python
