Description

• Drive Huda Beauty to achieve/maintain a top Global EMV across influencers and press. • Ensure a robust understanding of the value of influencers on our database and press lists & using this data improve our performance & tactics. • Develop & grow Southern EU influencer database to include forward thinking, new content creators. • Retain & build strong, productive press list to drive ongoing features, interviews and product placement across markets. • Continuously address the ever-changing trends to ensure our Influencer & media strategy keeps Huda Beauty front of mind and continues to deliver & over-deliver. • Work with Senior Manager to implement key focus of marketing calendars and global PR & influencer direction, driving strategic plans & local initiatives to support NPD launches and sustain core collection across brands & Southern EU markets; France, Italy, Spain, Turkey. • Managing production and activation of in person & digital events. • Driving personal relations for the brands via 1.1 and group meetings on consistent basis. • Manage Southern EU influencer database; consistently reviewing database and activity to further grow, develop and forge strong mutually beneficial relations. Research and identify relevant new influencers to add to global database and additional database across Southern EU. • Driving & growing relations across PR & influencers alongside PR agency support. • Forging and continuing strong relations with Sephora teams across all markets whilst devising new opportunities to forge productive relations & relevant partnership activation. • Managing three current PR agencies (France, Italy, Spain) whilst supporting establishment of agency in Turkey in 2025. • Drive regular, wider content support initiatives outside of NPD mailers, with press & influencers in local markets. • Manage direct report, PR & Influencer Coordinator, ensuring responsibilities are met productively and efficiently, whilst developing and harnessing their skill sets to grow. • Working with EU Marketing & Sales teams to devise reactive and proactive targeted PR support to drive sales i.e GWP, retailer exclusives. • Working closely with global teams to enhance global PR & influencer initiatives, driving unity and best practice. • Manage evaluation and reporting of content and coverage results monthly and post event activation as these occur (using MMI for press and TRIBE for influencers).

Requirements

• At least 5-6 years of experience working with influencers (preferably beauty). • Fluent in either French and/or Italian. • Ability to work in dynamic & fast paced environments. • Exceptional relationship-builder & natural communicator. • Excellent analytical skills & high interest to learn about new analytics trends. • Well-rounded with Influencers trends & the Beauty world. • Multi-tasker with a vision. • Experience using influencer reporting platforms such as Tribe Dynamics/TRAACKR for influencers and My Market Insight/Cision for press. • Excel & powerpoint proficient. • Strong team player with ability to work on own initiative. • Proficient written communication and creative skills with keen ability to adapt depending on platform or audience. • Excellent organisation and time management skills
