• Driving technical scoping with new prospects and managing technical integration with newly signed businesses. • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance customer experience.
• Quick learner, capable of grasping new concepts promptly and effectively. • Proactivity and ability to be autonomous in your day-to-day job. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in conveying technical and business-related subjects. • Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and manage stakeholders adeptly. • Full proficiency in English (French is a plus). • Prior experience in client-facing roles with B2B clients. • Experience in industries such as technology, software development, or other innovative sectors, showcasing eagerness and quick acquisition of technical competencies. • Familiarity with the ecommerce ecosystem, HTTP Methods, API Integration and knowledge of fulfilment operations. • Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Sales, or Pre-Sales role for an API-based product is essential. • Possession of a quantitative or technical degree such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
