Requirements
• You love solving hard problems and can show a solid track record as a Senior Software Engineer • You want to build something useful every day without being held back by big company bureaucracy • You care deeply about building delightful and thoughtful product experiences, and are excited by the idea of speaking to practice staff • You're happy putting something out there when it’s 70% done, but you also know when something has to be 100% right • You're comfortable working on critical problems without clear definition or solution • You want to work in-person and be part of a community that places team success over personal success.
