Requirements
• UK Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years PQE in corporate law. • Focus on tax aspects of M&A and investment transactions, SEIS and EIS reliefs. • Drafting and negotiating tax covenants and warranties. • Assisting clients with tax disclosures, advance assurance applications, and HMRC requisitions. • Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, tax law, and regulatory frameworks.
