• WPP seeks a highly organized and results-oriented Senior Programme Manager to partner with our dynamic Product Growth Team. • In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with a team of Product Leads, providing program management expertise and driving the execution of innovative growth strategies across WPP's Open product portfolio. • Partner with Product Leads: Collaborate closely with a team of Product Leads, providing guidance, support, and program management expertise to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives. • Drive Program Execution through Influence: Oversee the end-to-end program management of growth initiatives, defining project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and success metrics. • Champion Salesforce for Growth: Act as a Salesforce expert, partnering with the team to ensure its effective utilization for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, client engagement, and program management. • Leverage Data for Informed Decisions: Utilize strong analytical skills and data visualization tools to extract actionable insights from Salesforce and other data sources. • Foster Collaborative Relationships: Partner closely with key stakeholders across WPP, including the Chief Product and Growth Officer, growth teams, client teams, and product development teams. • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay abreast of emerging trends and competitive dynamics within the Ad Tech, MarTech, and AI product landscapes.
• Proven experience supporting product growth initiatives within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. • Extensive experience in program management and/or PMO, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects through collaboration and influence. • Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with Salesforce, including CRM best practices, pipeline management, reporting, and project management capabilities. • Great analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence • A passion for innovation, growth, and driving tangible business results.
