Description

• The Business Operations Category Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient management and execution of data operations within EDG department. • This individual is responsible for working with the wider team of data professionals to ensure the timely and accurate collection, processing, and analysis of data, in alignment with organizational objectives and standards. • The role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality data outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in project, change management and business analysis • Data literate • Ability to drive teams and build relationships with people at all levels of an organization • Ability to quickly develop a sound understanding of finance, marketing & growth and risk aspects that exist in the ‘modern media agency’ • A consummate, proactive communicator, both verbally and in writing • Ability to take a bigger picture strategic perspective, balanced with an eye for details and a willingness to roll sleeves up to get the job done
