Description
• Responsible for operating the POS system, computer, and credit card machine accurately. • Assists customers in a professional and courteous manner. • Responsible for following all guidelines and procedures of the Push System. • Maintains sales floor inventory at proper levels. • Must be a team player.
Requirements
• Ability to operate POS system, credit card terminal; take money as well as credit cards. • MUST maintain accurate cash and balance with cashier settlement report. • Ability to count back and give customer the correct change. • Ability to follow instructions. • Have knowledge of current trends and styles to aide in displaying inventory. • Ability to work a varied schedule and flexible hours Sunday thru Saturday of each week. • Ability to work independently and responsibly. • Ability to project a positive image of Goodwill to the customers/donors. • Ability to communicate with customers and donors in a professional manner. • Answer customer and donor questions and concerns or refer them to the Team Lead, Assistant Team Lead or Third Key Associate. • Able to professionally communicate and be a team player with co-workers and supervisors.
