Description

• Support existing customers via inbound telephone calls • Help and guide customers with technical elements of systems and products • Discover customer’s needs and provide strategic guidance • Engage in a full-time GoDaddy induction/training programme

Requirements

• 2+ years relevant sales experience • Proven experience of working in a sales target environment • Outstanding “WOW” customer service experience • Great telephone manner, excellent communicator • Solid understanding of the internet, email, and hosting technology • Drive and passion to work with key performance indicators • Able to multi-task multiple systems and navigate the internet quickly • Ability to adapt quickly in a sales environment
