Description

• Support existing customers via inbound calls providing a “WOW” experience • Help customers with technical aspects of systems and products • Use discovery questioning to understand customer needs and advise accordingly • Participate in a comprehensive GoDaddy induction/training program

Requirements

• 2+ years relevant targeted sales experience • Proven experience of working in a sales target environment • Ability to deliver outstanding “WOW” customer service experience • Excellent communicator with a great telephone manner • Solid understanding of the internet and hosting technologies • Drive and passion to work with key performance indicators • Able to multi-task and navigate the internet quickly • Ability to adapt quickly in a sales environment
