• Develop and articulate a clear vision for the go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives • Define and refine product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition to target audiences and differentiates our products in the market • Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities and threats, providing insights that inform product strategy and positioning • Collaborate closely with the sales team to create effective sales play that drive engagement and conversion, leveraging market insights and customer feedback • Drive cross-functional awareness and understanding of go-to-market initiatives with enablement materials and training • Craft compelling and cohesive sales narratives that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate the brand story and product benefits. • Develop high-impact sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and other materials, to support the sales team in their efforts. • Implement a comprehensive content strategy that encompasses thought leadership, educational content, and promotional materials to build brand awareness and credibility. • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring coordinated efforts across marketing, sales, and product development. • Hire, train, coach and motivate a team of product marketers to align to business goals and deliver key artifacts for cross-functional teams. • Research, define and develop plans for new markets in partnership with go-to-market leaders to expand Gelato total addressable market.
• Experience as a VP, Director or leading the Product Marketing driving strategy and execution. • Proven ability to analyze markets and help drive our go-to-market direction. • Data driven in your approach to help make informed decisions. • Ability to move at a fast pace and comfortable in an iterative environment.. • Experience building messaging and content for all go-to-market functions inclusive of demand generation, sales, • Experience building and leading high performance teams, developing and operationalizing brand marketing organizations • Proven ability to help drive team enablement of GTM strategy and content to support • Comfortable working with stakeholders across c-suite, marketing, sales, customer success. • Excellent project management and time management skills. • Proven ability to work with products to help narrate roadmap and message the value proposition of release cycles to our customers, partners, and prospects. • You are comfortable prioritizing a strategy, setting expectations, and at times saying “no” diplomatically.
