• Ensure high levels of success and retention for accounts by proactively identifying and engaging with at-risk accounts • Support new customers during initial implementation, identify pain points, and provide technical expertise • Build strong relationships with key decision makers and product champions • Be a customer champion, driving continual improvement in user satisfaction • Work closely with sales and technical teams • Collaborate with fellow CSMs to refine processes and drive value for customers
• Experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager responsible for retention • Technical predisposition with the desire to learn and communicate complex technical topics simply • Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to deliver the best for end users • Enjoy building effective long-term relationships with customers at all levels in organizations • Proactive and collaborative mindset
