• Drive the performance of eCommerce KPIs for our Homes, Women’s & Lifestyle brands, owning weekly and monthly analysis and reporting. • Collaborate with the editorial team to develop proactive and reactive strategies to drive eCommerce revenue and other core funnel KPIs. • Provide analysis and custom reports to support strategic decision-making, including identification of risks and opportunities. • Conduct seasonal analysis of content and product merchandising, resulting in strategic playbook guidelines. • Work closely with the managing editorial team to ensure all opportunities are covered via the editorial calendar.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within affiliate content marketing, digital publishing, or eCommerce. • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling. • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other web measurement and analytics platforms. • Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools. • Experience in data manipulation, analysis, and generating insights. • PLUS: Experience with affiliate network platforms and their reporting interfaces.
