• Maintain and structure the network documentation ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. • Update and manage databases related to network faults and site access. • Manage access controls and permissions for network systems. • Assist in tracking and resolving network faults and issues. • Collaborate with IT and support teams to ensure seamless operations. • Prepare and distribute regular reports on network status and issues. • Provide administrative support to the network support team as needed
• Previous experience in a similar role or in a first line technical support role • Proficiency in using IT systems and software for documentation and database management e.g. MS Dynamics 365, Trello, Power Bi • An understanding of basic IT network concepts e.g ITIL Foundation • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proven ability to be proactive and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
