• Accountable for building relationships and driving monetisation of the Fresha platform • Opportunity to work with a pool of Partner accounts • Collaborate with internal teams to provide important product feedback • Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and requirements
• Demonstrable experience in delivering commercial outcomes from a previous Partner facing role • Commercially motivated with ability to adapt and achieve targets • Proven experience in using and analyzing data for improving commercial outcomes • Previous experience in outbound call environment preferred • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset • Ability to interact with people from across the business and build strong relationships • Able to effectively influence upwards • Team player • Self-starter and proactive approach • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
