Description
The Project Manager (PM) plays a key role in ensuring successful delivery of projects for FPC Life Sciences division and our clients. As a part of the FPC Project Management Team within FPC Life Sciences, the PM will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects throughout their lifecycle. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within scope, schedule, and budget. The Project Manager will represent FPC in dealings with clients, partners, and suppliers, maintaining a high level of professionalism, technical expertise, and ethical conduct. They will contribute to the growth and development of the Project Management Team within the Life Sciences Division and support FPC's overall business objectives.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience • Experience of working within Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams • Experience in client management and stakeholder engagement • Proficiency in project management software and tools • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable
