• Building and leading the litigation and arbitration team • Client and Business development • Expertise development • Complex issue resolution • Report drafting and testimony • Communication and presentations to clients • Statistical analysis
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics or professionally qualified accountant e.g. ACA. ACCA, CPA, CFA, CFE etc. or equivalent experience • Deep experience in litigation and arbitration, forensic investigation/advanced data analytics techniques; prior professional and financial services experience strongly preferred • Proven track record of establishing credibility with clients and senior stakeholders quickly, creating business development opportunities and leading written and/or oral proposals to clients • Possess a developed network of current contacts in the market and a positive market profile • Strong appetite to enhance and participate in the leadership of a successful forensic expert team • Demonstrate a practical understanding of the legislative and risk management requirements • Hands on experience of leading, scoping and defining large and complex projects which run concurrently • Demonstrable experience of successfully managing client relationships • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop larger teams • Proven track record of managing the risks and financials associated with client engagements • Hands on experience of drafting reports, submissions and other deliverables for presentation to clients • Proven ability to clearly articulate complex and technical findings • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and an enquiring mind • Willingness to travel and support opportunities and activity across EMEA region
