Description
• Drive efforts to expand the market for energy storage in EMEA region. • Analyze market developments and inform commercial strategies for Poland. • Develop market forecasts and business case analysis for decision making. • Lead stakeholder engagement and policy work in Poland. • Drive business development activities in new markets. • Collaborate with various teams to define market segmentation and product vision. • Develop thought leadership content and assist marketing efforts.
Requirements
• Polish and English required, additional European language a plus. • A minimum of an undergraduate degree, with a postgraduate degree or MBA preferred. • At least 2 years experiences in the energy or clean tech sectors. • Possess an entrepreneurial drive for getting things done and a “whatever it takes” attitude. • Exhibit a forward leaning posture, ownership, a high degree of curiosity and diligent pursuit of new opportunities. • Strong analytic skills with an ability to contextualize knowledge in new environments. • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills required. • Efficient and creative problem-solver who is mindful of business objectives and communication styles. • Eagerness to work in a collaborative, dynamic, and team-based environment. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Demonstrated business judgement and individual initiative. • Initial technical knowledge on energy storage technology and the Polish electricity market, and eagerness to learn.
