Description

• Drive the sales process end-to-end: from generating and qualifying pipeline to negotiating and closing deals. • Introduce processes, tooling, and automation for scalable sales function. • Build foundations for high-performing sales organization and modern playbook. • Collaborate with teams to support broader strategy, assisting in various areas as needed. • Be the product expert and voice of the market, sharing feedback to improve product market fit.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of quota-carrying experience, navigating and closing complex deals. • Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, selling larger deals (ACV of ~£100k) to senior stakeholders. • Demonstrated success in taking responsibility for the sales process end-to-end, including lead generation and demos. • Previous experience in commercial roles at startups, building processes from scratch; founder-led sales experience is a plus. • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of creative problem-solving. • Deeply interested in understanding customer problems and motivated to help them succeed using Flow. • Learning mindset; quickly adapts to highly technical environments.
