• Arrange personal 1:1 feedback sessions, intro-calls and help people to act on their psychological homefield • Selling the value of how companies can create far better results through deep insights into their employees • Coach and guide people to perform at their absolute best, by identifying their talents • Create powerful results for businesses and organisations through personal development and team workshops • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients/consumers and understand their day-to-day challenges • Enhance FirstMind's materials and learning platforms to help companies succeed with the tool
Requirements
• High work ethic with sense of urgency • Passion for developing and educating people • Exceptional drive and desire to be the best at what you do • Proactive mindset and that you take ownership of everything you do • Ability to sell yourself and FirstMind • Genuine interest in learning to help others make better people decisions • Experience and keen interest in psychology, recruitment, behaviour, sales and coaching • UK, US or EU work permit
