Description

• Providing account management to lender partners for finova Connect solutions • Identify and qualify potential leads, engage prospective clients and build the sales pipeline • Provide demonstrations to prospective clients, as well as refresher training to current subscribers • Contract negotiation for both new sales and renewals • Assist with forecasting • Act as the voice of current and future clients in product development discussions • Gathering insights from interactions with subscribers and potential clients to understand pain points and desired features • Promote and sell marketing proposition to third party partners and lending panel • Onboard new lenders • Oversee relationship mapping, contract negotiation (with Legal), press releases and promotion • Conduct annual customer due diligence

Requirements

• Highly organised, proactive and target focused individual with a passion for building and developing key relationships • An understanding of the mortgage market from a lender and broker perspective • Ability to confidently present to prospects, influencing key stakeholders as required • A real team player with strong communication skills
