• Assist with the cross-functional planning and initial briefing of a seasonal trade calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and budget. This involves considering available stock and potential strength of the offer, incorporating competitor analysis, and gathering feedback from local and global teams. • Coordinate, document, and report on available promotional stock for seasonal campaigns and other channel categories in close collaboration with Business Development, Account management teams, Campaigns Execution, and Trading. Responsible for successful pre- and post- campaigns launch quality control. • Assist in the documentation and approvals for all incoming promotional requests from both local and global teams. This includes understanding each request in relation to current business strategy and planned commercial calendar, available budget, channel effectiveness, stock restrictions, and required promotional mechanics. • Support the governance of promotional budget and tooling access, ensuring that processes and evidence documentation consistently meet regulatory requirements. This includes responsibility for regular internal and external audit walkthroughs. • Report on the direct and indirect competitive landscape and identify strategic opportunities. • Assist in analysing and reporting on KPIs to measure success, identify potential efficiency improvements, and determine solutions for at-risk areas. • Support the ongoing optimisation of internal documents, processes, and tooling by applying project management techniques and automations. • Provide relevant support to the broader team.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and are comfortable assisting in meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders using data and insight to explain decisions. • You are a data-led thinker with experience working with business intelligence tools and Excel, using analysis and insights to evaluate performance, and developing data-led strategic recommendations. • You have some experience leveraging and integrating technology and automation to maximise performance. • Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem solving. • You are a strong team player, ready to collaborate and build relationships in order to influence key stakeholders. • Technologically oriented with strong software skills. • Capable of working effectively under pressure. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional precision and attention to detail.
