Description
• Provide support to lawyers in the team, in multiple locations • Document review and preparation such as NDAs, certificates, termination letters, amendments to contracts, standard terms & conditions • Triage enquiries and manage International mailboxes • Draft contract summary information • Conduct legal research • Template management • Administrative support
Requirements
• Strong attention to detail & highly organised • Pro-active and takes initiative • Able to work without significant supervision • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to support multiple matters, prioritizing business needs • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills • 5+ years of paralegal experience in an in-house legal department or large law firm • Relevant qualification preferred
