Description
• Develop and maintain data visualisation solutions • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver appropriate solutions • Present and showcase data visualisation examples to stakeholders • Manage and interpret complaints data within the existing application framework
Requirements
• Proficiency in Qlik, with experience in other tools like Adobe Analytics and Tableau • Ability to handle and interpret complex data sets • Strong data visualisation skills to translate data into meaningful insights • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Problem-solving skills to address stakeholder needs and showcase example solutions • Demonstrated experience in data visualisation and using Qlik • Background in business analysis or data engineering is advantageous but not essential • Experience working with complaints data and pre-existing applications • Proven track record of managing challenging stakeholder groups
