• Find the right channels - owned and earned - to distribute brand messages and position Juniper in topical conversations • Build and maintain stories pipeline by writing press releases, proactive story pitching, and crafting thought leadership pieces • Conduct research on consumer behaviour & sentiment and/or patient insights to generate new content and pitch angles • Build existing ongoing relationships with existing and new key journalists and media outlets, pitching relevant content work with to them to amplify our brand messages through editorial and earned media • Identify and build long-term partnerships with patient ambassadors to share their stories in content and media • Collaborate with Brand & Comms team (AU), hosting regular syncs to share learnings, editorial insights and research data • Work alongside our SEO team to enable best practices for our website and presence online
• Have at least 4 years of experience working in a media environment (brand, in-house, agency and/or publisher), preferably in the health and wellness space • A proven ability to generate strong relationships with media and corporate brands • Have a proven track record for earning coverage for brands and driving earned campaigns, from strategy to execution, showing distinctive results • Have an online-first mindset with an ability to drive multi-channel engagement • The candidate needs to demonstrate strong copywriting skills
