Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers and other KOLs • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials • Develop and track ambitious KPIs for market PR agencies, monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR activities and results • Identify, recruit, and manage organic relationships with influencers and brands that align with the brand’s image and values • Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement • Work closely with the performance marketing team to build synergies with their Influencer Marketing Partnerships strategy • Track and analyse organic influencer performance, engagement, and growth.Identify and pursue strategic brand partnership opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop co-branded initiatives, limited edition product, and campaigns • Manage partnership agreements, presentations, and approvals to ensure successful execution of joint projects • Develop and implement crisis communication plans and protocols • Prepare statements and manage internal and external communication during crises to protect the brand’s reputation • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events in partnership with local PR agencies, including product launches, media events, and industry conferences • Manage event budgets, logistics, approvals, and vendor relationships • Ensure events are executed flawlessly and align with the brand’s image and objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PR and communications, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a proven track record of successful media placements and influencer collaborations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Elevated taste, with an aesthetic understanding of what trends are up-and-coming • Strong network of media contacts and influencers within the fashion, beauty, or luxury industry • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making • Highly organised with excellent project management skills • Proficiency in PR and social media monitoring tools • Understanding of the UK and German markets, consumer preferences, and media landscape • Personal interest in diversity and inclusivity
