• End-to-end management of influencer campaigns, from identifying profiles to managing relationships to post campaign data analysis. • Scouting and identifying influencers/creators Estrid hasn’t collaborated before, and building relationships with them. • Negotiating with influencers and optimizing for engagement. • Working with an inclusive and diverse set of individuals, reflecting Estrid’s core values in its collaborations. • Allocating budgets based on the internal tier strategy. • Segmenting influencers based on their niche and briefing them on the specific USPs that would resonate. • Launching periodic A/B tests to optimize landing pages for influencer campaigns. • Post campaign analysis of KPIs and re-negotiation or budget optimization based on reporting. • Supporting the Paid Social team with UGC volume. • Benchmarking key competitors and other inspiring brand.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing. • Good understanding of Social Media platforms and the influencer industry. • Proficient in Excel. • Ability to approach influencer campaigns holistically. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Google Analytics experience is a plus.
