Description
• We are looking for a Data Scientist with a strong interest in climate to support our climate product suite. • Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements for climate offerings. • You will become an owner of existing climate methodologies and models. • Develop methodologies and models for new climate offerings. • Serve as a climate methodology and models expert to the sales team. • Support the testing and validation phases of climate products. • Support the launch of climate products.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Python and SQL • Good knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning and strong methodology background • Expertise in climate analytics or background in a related field with strong interest in climate • Fast learner with the ability to work on projects independently • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure • Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative • Team player who collaborates well with others
