Description

• This is an exciting opportunity for a People Administrator to join our organisation to provide comprehensive administrative support across the entire employment lifecycle. • This role will also support the People Team on projects and initiatives. • Manage the process for new employees. This will include entering the new employee onto the HRIS, tracking the onboarding workflows, preparing contracts and processing all pre-employment checks to a high level of accuracy. • Be the primary contact for employee queries on all HR systems, preparing reports as required. • Ensure that any payroll changes such as contractual changes, new joiners, leavers, are captured and submitted to the Finance team. • Provide guidance on policies where appropriate. • Ensure leavers are offboarded in timely manner by effectively managing the entire leaver process.

Requirements

• Educated to at least GCSE standard or equivalent (minimum Grade 4/C (or equivalent) for English and Maths). • A minimum of 12 months demonstrable experience in an administrative role. • Experience of working in an HR and/or recruitment role would be beneficial. • Experience of working with an applicant tracking system and/or an HR Information System would be a bonus.
