Description
• Working with largest and most complex customers to help them successfully embed Encord into innovative and world-leading AI applications. • Making customers successful with complex technology while consistently overachieving on Gross and Net Revenue Retention targets.
Requirements
• 2-5 years of customer facing experience, especially with Enterprise customers. • Exceptional communicator across different channels. • Structured and organized. • Track record of successful internal collaboration. • Highly consultative and skilled with discovery questioning. • Track record of strengthening existing customer relationships and proactively developing new ones. • Intelligent and can dip into technical intricacies while staying focused on achieving the outcome. • Consistently performed in the top percentile of whatever environment you’ve been in.
