Description
• Lead the effective implementation of EmpowerRD's onboarding strategy. • Ensure successful execution of the client onboarding strategy and accelerate client adoption of R&D claims product. • Manage a comprehensive onboarding process with clear objectives, timelines, and procedures. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase. • Build implementation strategies to ensure clients are onboarded within defined SLAs. • Coordinate communication with other areas of the business for streamlined client approach. • Handle multiple projects concurrently, prioritising business outcomes and client satisfaction. • Ensure a smooth transition of accounts to the Delivery Team. • Contribute to company-wide initiatives aimed at refining processes.
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in R&D tax credit, preferably within a client-facing role. • Technical R&D scheme knowledge • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and deliver projects within tight deadlines. • A collaborative spirit, capable of working across different teams to achieve a unified client experience.
