Description
• We are hiring an individual to lead Performance Marketing at ElevenLabs. This is primarily focused on the acquisition of our B2C and SMB customers. • You will be responsible for running everything related to performance marketing, including: • Managing the relationship with the performance marketing agency • Scaling our existing channels and testing new channels • Scaling our creative testing • Directing CRO experiments in collaboration with our growth engineering team • Recruiting and managing our in-house team of performance marketers as we increasingly move performance marketing in-house.
Requirements
• 5+ years in performance marketing either through your own companies, top agencies, or high-growth startups • Strong analytical abilities to analyze and allocate spend • Significant experience with at least one channel (preferably Google ads and/or Meta) — scaling campaigns from 0 to 6/7 figures per month. You can audit an account, and optimize for targeting • You know what high-converting landing pages look like and can work closely with an engineer to build them • You understand the value of quality creative and rapid iteration, and can build the creative testing engine • (Bonus but not required) experience building and managing a high-performance team
