Description
• Own and deliver initiatives in service of quarterly goals for the Free Team • Work with the engineering team on frontend (~70%) and backend (~30%) tasks as a full-stack engineer • Participate in the whole cycle of feature development, from ideation to actual delivery • Perform code reviews and approval of changes • Play a key role on the Free team, contributing to areas that surround core call capabilities and features
Requirements
• Strong development and operations experience with React/Redux, Node.js, Javascript (ES6+), Typescript, CSS Frameworks, and RESTful APIs • Understanding of cloud-native architecture; ideally within AWS, though experience in GCP, Azure or other cloud providers is advantageous • Experience building and architecting RESTful APIs and designing API integrations • Understanding of MySQL, relational databases, and data migration • Passionate about UI/UX and customer-focused development • Focused on quality, creating code that is readable, scalable and secure • Discipline to test changes thoroughly
