• Participate in end-to-end delivery of consulting projects which includes initial scoping, planning, execution, monitoring and closure thereby ensuring quality and timely output. • Assist in managing and building client relationships by supporting key client stakeholders and accounts. • Contribute to understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for further collaboration within the consulting practice and the broader firm. • Propose ideas and suggestions for improving methodologies, tools, and processes to increase efficiency. • Stay updated on relevant client/industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations. • Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions, thought leadership articles, and develop intellectual property for the practice. • Act as a strong and collaborative team player who brings a sense of innovation and problem-solving to the group. • Contribute to a culture where challenges are welcomed as opportunities for growth, and help foster collective success and professional development.
• Change management experience: Design, Analysis, Build, Testing, Go-Live. • Solid understanding of Financial Services products and lifecycle events. • Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively facilitate meetings, illicit requirements, communicate across various levels of seniority cross-functionally and drive meaningful conversations. • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to develop clear and compelling written documentation.
