Description

• Responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company. • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Providing strategic legal guidance to support company growth. • Overseeing legal-related activities for Prytek Global’s operations. • Managing relationships with internal legal team and external legal counsel. • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Shaping the company's legal framework and processes. • Establishing best practices and policies in legal and regulatory areas. • Assisting with the upcoming IPO activities.

Requirements

• A fully qualified lawyer in the UK with extensive experience. • Experience in working in a US multi-national company business environment. • Experience in supporting multiple jurisdictions. • Be able to draft agreements and manage a small internal team while coordinating with a large legal network and keeping an eye on the budget. • Extensive experience in corporate law and managing investments. • Must have vast experience in M&A and debt negotiations in the UK and US. • Additional experience in private equity and venture/growth equity, including knowledge of market terms. • Ability to oversee and effectively manage outside counsel and internal stakeholders. • Solid organisational skills and the ability to work with others and manage multiple time-sensitive matters in a demanding, fast-paced and fluid environment. • Experience in strategic transactions and corporate deal-making. • Experience with compliance and sanctions is a must. • Significant deal-making experience. • Ability to work in a highly complex organisation and manage large briefs. • An innovative and creative thinker with a proactive approach. • Results-oriented thinker and a team player. • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, including a clear and concise drafting style.
