Description
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, software engineers, analytics engineers, • Be accountable for delivery of initiatives and work with dependent teams for timely delivery • Unblock technical teams to ensure progress of programs • Regularly work with PMs & EMs to ensure roadmaps are up to date • Manage dependencies for cross-functional programs • Support annual planning to align with portfolio management • Own regular reporting against initiatives including risk & dependency management • Contribute to trade-off conversations of the roadmap and triage meetings • Work with the central platform team towards operational excellence • Deliver cross-functional programs including Program management, Reporting, Architecture alignment, Stakeholder Management • Enable cross-tech planning processes, prioritization and dependency management
Requirements
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders (technical and non-technical) • Ability to manage large-scale projects with dependencies and ensure progress • Ability to tailor communication and reporting in accordance with the needs and expectations of the audience • Ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems and translate them into clear technical requirements while also being able to articulate the value for non-technical audiences. • Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, release management • Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions with stakeholders in different disciplines • An understanding of the tech landscape across applications, infrastructure, security & data would be an added advantage • Experience working as a project manager, programme manager, product owner or scrum master will be highly relevant
