• Lead the development and execution of strategies to derive top-of-funnel insights and make commercial recommendations that drive business growth. • Analyse complex business data and market trends to provide deep insights and actionable recommendations for optimising traffic retention and conversion rates. • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast customer behaviour, optimise product and marketing efforts, and identify new growth opportunities. • Oversee the creation and maintenance of advanced dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and track the success of marketing campaigns. • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategic planning and business development initiatives. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business insights with overall objectives and drive data-informed decision-making. • Foster a data-driven culture within the organisation, championing the importance of insights in driving business strategy and growth.
Requirements
