Description
• Working with multiple control system hardware and software deployments in an OT focused development laboratory • Working with core software modules which are written in C++ and Python • Working with numerous different supporting and component technologies and applications (e.g. docker, terraform) • Able to work within a small team with a mix of controls engineering and software development skills and experience • Successfully prioritise how work fits into wider progress, as well as solving immediate challenges
Requirements
• Self-motivated, strong time management skills, and the ability to effectively prioritise a varied workload • Software/hardware experience with multiple control system vendor deployments e.g. ABB, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Emerson, Mitsubishi, GE, Siemens, Rockwell • C++, Python or other high-level programming experience • Linux software development environment • Cyber security domain knowledge
