Description
• Looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist with strong organizational skills and experience in e-commerce operations and platforms. • Report to the Director of eCommerce and support the backend operations of our European store. • Coordinate with third-party warehouse, manage daily operations, collaborate with customer experience team, and set up products for all European storefronts.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a coordinator or support role in e-commerce. • Experience with logistics, warehousing, and item setup. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and either French or German. • Strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Excellent collaboration skills and work effectively in a team environment. • 1+ years of experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud or a similar ERP system. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
