Description

• Support consulting engagements, which may be pre-acquisition due diligences focused on AI and Data, or consulting projects related to building AI and Data enabled solutions • Technical lead for all “design and build” Data Science and AI projects: Guide project requirement scoping/definitions activity and provide technical guidance for the team as well as hands on support throughout the project lifecycle. Drive solutions from research & design activities • Technical Pre-Sales: Support pre-sales activity within the sales and marketing teams

Requirements

• Client facing experience: Experience in client facing engagements with the ability to translate data science approaches into non-technical language • AI and Data Science Skills: In-depth expert-level experience in Data Science domain (data mining, statistics, machine learning, etc.) and AI domain (analytical and generative AI, model selection, training, ML Ops, data assets curation, model efficacy metrics, bias management, IP considerations, etc.) • Cloud skills: Experience with PaaS (Platform as a Service) & FaaS (Function as a Service) (Lambda, ECR/ECS, EC2, Beanstalk, or equivalents). Understanding of cloud networking principles (eg. VPCs) • Engineering skills: Interpret business challenges/problems into code. Utilising existing libraries (shared collection of code) and adapt to business/project requirements. Task-specific language experiences. Interest in optimising solution design to meet requirements. Understanding of languages like R and Python • Education: Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in any of the following fields: computer science, statistics, mathematics, physical sciences with strong understanding of data analytics • 7+ years of work experience in a relevant business environment.
