Description
• Lead data governance efforts and maintain data integrity. • Provide insights on customer behavior and sales performance. • Support revenue forecasting and analyze sales data trends. • Help design effective sales compensation plans. • Analyze churn data and develop retention strategies. • Ensure data integration across platforms and troubleshoot issues. • Maintain sales dashboards and generate reports for improvements. • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on goals. • Audit sales data for accuracy and compliance. • Establish data hierarchy and governance processes. • Manage account firmographic data and execute enrichment strategies. • Deliver actionable insights on sales performance. • Track key performance indicators like ARR and bookings. • Assist in forecasting and GTM strategies based on trends. • Provide insights on pricing structures and incentive design. • Oversee the sales compensation system and monitor execution.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Sales/Data operations or a similar analytical role. • Proficiency in data lifecycle management, Salesforce, and tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and PowerBI. • Proven track record of managing data governance initiatives and driving data-driven decision-making. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Ability to lead data quality projects and ensure compliance with evolving business requirements.
